Game Parlor is a whimsical evening of vintage board games and absolutely OUTRAGEOUS fun. Games include Twister, Hungry Hippos, Connect Four, Operation, Candy Land, Clue, Trouble and even remote control cars.

There will be an “Ode to the Old School” 80’s/90’s soundtrack in the background, awesome contests complete with retro prizes PLUS we give away tons of FREE do-dats, chotchkies and thingamajigs.

Here at ZOOM we love a good belly laugh and the chance to slap our knee in hysterics. So join us for Gaylarious the only comedy show in DC that's run by the gays for the gays. So take our advice and do what the little kitty says and join us.

If you wrap up a 1970's Miami nightclub, a 1960's Vegas lounge, a chic 1950's penthouse and throw in a pool hall you'll have the Continental Pool Lounge. The walls are emblazed with bright hues and the space is decorated with vintage furniture; it definitely won't be your atypical ladies pool night.

Join us as we paddle the Potomac river in this afternoon excursion. From beginners to old pros kayaking is an easy and fun way to explore DC waterways from a new perspective.

Location: Jack’s Boathouse, 3500 Water St NW (near Sequoia Restaurant), Washington D.C., DC 20007

Meeting Place: Adjacent to the ticket purchase area.

Metro: Red Line to the Dupont Circle or Union Station stop then take the Circulator Bus going to Georgetown. Then walk towards the waterfront.


Note: The cost is $14 an hour. Pay fee at the venue. Wear comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting wet in.

Join us for a game of beach volleyball! Yes we said "beach volleyball" at DC's only outdoor sand volleyball courts. All playing levels welcome.

Don’t want to play? That’s fine by us. Bring a blanket, picnic basket and watch the fun from the sidelines. And bring the little ones.

Location: Rock Creek Park Trails, Washington, DC 20037. The courts are in inbetween the Kennedy Center and Lincoln Memorial.

Meeting place: Look for the purple balloons and ZOOM sign. On weekends the courts are first come/first serve so our actual court location will vary.

Metro: Blue/Orange to Foggy Bottom or Rossyln.

Note: Shoes are optional for beach volleyball. Bring water for hydration. Alcohol is not permitted on memorial grounds. In the case of inclement weather the event will be rescheduled.

Join us as we play kickball on the mall! DC's favorite pastime just so happens to be a favorite childhood game we all can play. Even if you don't play you're welcome to come and watch the fun from the sidelines. For official rules of the game click here.

**Look for the purple the balloons**

Check-in: 5:30pm at Cantina Marina restaurant (adjacent to the Marina). When we’re ready to set sail a ZOOM staff member will notify the group to start boarding.

Depart: 6:00pm sharp! We can not wait for you and you will not be refunded if you miss the boat. No exceptions.

Metro: Green line to Waterfront-SEU. The marina is within a short walking distance.
